A superb modern, spacious 2 bedroomed apartment located in the heart of the city centre, North Laine. The apartment is open plan, lounge, dining area and kitchen with 2 large bedrooms. Smart TV and fast free wifi The dining area has a large breakfast bar style table seating 6. Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons. Both bedrooms have zip and link beds, so guests have the option to have a large king size bed or 2 single beds. The 'sofa bed' is a fold down 4ft 6'' double wall bed located in the large hallway, this acts as a third room. Large wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom has a bath and shower with complimentary hand soap and shower gel. Towels are provided for each guest. Property is non-smoking. Located on the first floor, no lift so property not suitable for disabled or mobility impaired.
Unbeatable loaction right in the heart of the North Laine, just minutes from Brighton Station and the sea front.. North Laine is bustling with cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars and quirky shops, it's known as the Bohemian quarter of Brighton.
