Oak Tree is a lovely lakeside lodge on a 40 acre estate in leafy mid Devon. Hosting two bedrooms: one double and one twin, able to sleep a total of four guests and served by a family shower room. It offers an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has an enclosed decking area with furniture, shared on-site laundry facilities and off-road parking. On site there is much to do for all with excellent facilities including 7 fishing lakes, a children's play park, animals, a large club house with shop, bar and restaurant. Oak Tree is a wonderful choice for a family break to rural Devon. Note: There are a number of lakes at this property, children should be Wifi only in Tramper All Terrain mobility scooter available to hire. Halwill Junction is a settlement in Devon, positioned in the Ruby Country and boasting its own Nature Reserve to explore, which once used to be a steam railway station!
