This single-storey lodge has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, three bedrooms including a king-size, double and a bunk room, and a bathroom and cloakroom. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV, and two TVs. Outside there is an enclosed decked area with furniture, a communal garden, communal indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a designated parking space for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. For a lovely base in Devon, book 1 Oakwood.
