The character of our place is 100% 'Homely'! Comfortable, clean, peaceful, warm, remote but not far to drive into town, etc, relaxing, you won't want to leave! We as hosts leave you to it. We do not bother you and it is self check-in. We only live around 4 miles away and are happy to help to deal with any queries, etc. We would help at a drop of a hat and we go out of our way to make our guests happy. We are happy to help with any local knowledge and info. You can help yourselves to any of the fruits from the trees such as apples, pears and plums of all varieties, obviously save some for other guests! This caravan is one of the best caravans I have seen inside. I would happily live in there. I have spent a day there once and it was just so relaxing and I binged watched a Netfix series and time just stood still. We have had brand new carpets fitted and a new large electric fire. The gas central heating throughout makes it very warm throughout too. We hope to accommodate you soon!!

The location of this beautiful caravan is perfect as it's out of the way with field views and set in a lovely orchard, but just only minutes by car into Boston Town. Not far from the coast to visit RSPB sites. Not far from museums, wildlife parks, aviation heritage center, tea rooms and all different restaurants. Only 2 mins to the Pilgrim Hospital for anyone visiting or for NHS staff workers needing accommodation. The kitchen has a farmhouse feel and in the open plan lounge there are big feather filled cushions on the sofas. The smart TV is 50" with free Netflix. Free super fast fibre broadband! There are 2 bathrooms, both with sink, shower, toilet, heated towel rails and various cupboards/storage. 2 bedrooms with luxury hotel quality bedding and towels and mattress and pillow protectors. The master bedroom has an en-suite, dressing table, stool and mirror, wardrobes and sofa/bench. We supply toiletries, toilet roll, body wash, cleaning products, tea towels, binbag, fairy liquid and even dishwasher tablets if you didn't fancy washing up-pop in the dishwasher. This is an immaculate clean and very cosy mobile lodge set in a lovely orchard of plumbs apples and pears, with agricultural field views for miles. Contractors, Pet and Child friendly. Free ample parking. Nestled nicely down a little lane, the track boasts long walks for your dogs or a walk with the kids. We are within half a mile of The Pilgrim Hospital and a mile into Boston Town Center which holds markets every Wednesday and Saturday. There are lots of things to do all within 10 miles or so.
