It was superbly comfortable and extremely clean. Facilities were ideal and a huge outside fish aquarium. Very snug and cosy with ample room. Lovely friendly hosts. The internet was adequate for normal texts and emails so ideal for a non business trip to a lovely part of Devon on the outskirts of Barnstaple. Close to Tarka trail if you like cycling or walking and a lovely garden centre and Tesco super store within walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely wooden cabin with en-suite. Newly built and finished in Dec 2017. You have the use of the Hot-Tub. Off road parking and private entrance. Ideally situated for exploring North Devon. Fabulous beaches within short drive. Beautiful scenery 3 minutes walk to garden centre/café/farm shop 5 minutes walk to Tesco 10 minutes walk to Chinese Takeaway 20 minutes walk to Barnstaple bus & train stations, restaurants and bars 15 minutes drive from various first-class beaches There is a Golf Course less than a mile away and we are only 15 minutes from the spectacular Saunton Golf Club. Great pubs and restaurants. Owly 'Ouse is fully self contained clean and comfortable with satellite TV and Sky sports. Tea & coffee making facilities. There is so much to see in North Devon. We want you to know that we only have the one garden room your stay will be just for you.. Only Simonne and Kim live in the house, so there are no children on the premises. You will always have a warm welcome and we will do are best to make your stay comfortable.
We love meeting people from all walks of life, We are very easy going. When ever we have time we are off fishing this is our favourite pastime. You will always get a warm welcome at Owly 'Ouse. We want you to know that we only have the one garden room so when you stay with us you are the only guests. We can do a self service breakfast. You can order before or on arrival. The room is isolated from our home and guests have their own entrance. We have always greeted our guests warmly and love the interaction that you bring to our lives. .
There is so much to see in North Devon whether you want to walk on Exmoor or surf on our world famous beaches. Barnstaple has a multiplex cinema and a theatre. We have great pubs and restaurants in the town. The town centre has a nice selection of shops. We are 15-20 minutes away from beautiful beaches. Part of the Tarka trail is on our door step perfect for cyclist and walkers. 3 minutes walk to garden centre/café/farm shop 5 minutes walk to Tesco 10 minutes walk to Chinese Takeaway 20 minutes walk to Barnstaple bus & train stations, restaurants and bars 15 minutes drive from various first-class beaches There is a Golf Course less than a mile away and we are only 15 minutes from the spectacular Saunton Golf Club. Barnstaple has a very good bus service, and the train station is not far from Owly Ouse
