A fantastic and contemporary 3 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Soho. Benefiting from a lift, outside terrace area and modern decor, the apartment provides unique and sophisticated accommodation. This superb third floor apartment offers a great living space, with a modern and convenient style throughout, whilst maintaining the Beaver Building's original charm and character. **WINDOWS ARE ALL DOUBLE GLAZED - YOU WON'T HEAR NOISE** Located on the 3rd floor, the three bedroom apartment benefits from an open plan reception area and modern style kitchen, leading out onto an outside terrace area creating an abundance of light and feeling of space throughout the apartment. Apartment features a spacious master bedroom with en suite shower room, and two further double guest bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. All bathrooms within the apartment at Beaver Building are made using beautiful, white Carrara Marble. 
Beaver Building is located in the heart of Soho, providing an array of shops, bars and restaurants. It is ideally close to the symbolic and well known streets of Great Marlborough and Wardour, whilst being within close proximity to the upmarket establishments of Mayfair.
