The 'Paisley Pineapple Flat' is a ground floor flat, located just two hundred metres away from the main campus of the University of the West of Scotland. Paisley town centre is a few minutes walk away meaning public transportation is readily available. The flat has residential parking. We do not charge cleaning fees, just leave the place clean and tidy upon check out. We have three other flats on Airbnb; 'Cosy Cactus Flat,' 'Paisley Panda Flat,' and 'Paisley Pattern Flat.' THE SPACE The 'Paisley Pineapple Flat' is on the ground floor, has free residential parking and is located in the heart of Paisley. This two-bedroom flat boasts a private veranda and underwent complete refurbishment in 2019, creating a contemporary and stylish living space within a 1960s building. Its central location gives easy access to the town centre and all its amenities. BEDROOMS The main bedroom has a king size bed that offers storage underneath - the ironing board is kept here. This bedroom also has drawers with a lamp, a wardrobe and hairdryer. The second bedroom features a triple bunk bed - with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed up top. There is also a set of drawers and a small wardrobe. Additionally, this room has a small LCD TV with an Amazon fire stick plugged in. For families with small children a travel cot, high chair, and pop up bed can be provided upon request. THREE REQUESTS We kindly ask that you take care of and show respect to the flat if you decide to book with us. This place is not suitable for you if you cannot adhere to this request. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could remove your shoes at the entrance whenever possible - this will greatly assist in maintaining the condition of the flooring. Lastly, enjoy your stay. Hi! I am Billy. I was born, brought up and live in Paisley. I went to a local school and then to a Glasgow university to study Mathematics. I enjoy eating out and listening to music - some bands I like are Taking Back Sunday, All American Rejects and Arkells. My favourite place to holiday and visit is Barcelona. R.E.S.P.E.C.T We kindly request that you leave the flat in the same neat, clean, and tidy condition as it was when you arrived - this allows our prices to be competitive. We expect you to leave the flat, more or less, as you found it - at the end of your stay our cleaner carries out a basic service that includes washing used towels and bed linen, with some hygiene cleaning in the toilet and kitchen (we have budgeted for this in your costings). The cleaner does NOT pick up your rubbish, dispose of your belongings or remove stains from furnishings - we do not plan or budget for this type of cleaning and the bill we receive for a domestic cleaner will be charged to you. We do NOT wash or put away any of your used crockery, pots, pans or utensils. We also do not expect to clean the oven, hob, microwave or fridge freezer after your stay - we do not plan or budget for this type of cleaning and the bill we receive for a kitchen porter will be charged to you. NO PETS We are NOT pet friendly. This policy is in place to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests. Accommodating pets requires a more extensive and unattainable cleaning schedule, which would compromise our availability and quality of service. Quick turnarounds can also result in unpleasant odours lingering in the property. You will be charged all losses incurred as a result of you bringing an animal to the flat - this could involve associated damage, cleaning costs or even accommodating future guests elsewhere.

LOCATION Our two bedroom flat could not be any more centrally located in Paisley - and Glasgow is easily accessible via public transport. The flat is conveniently close to the M8 - which is the motorway that links the central belt of Scotland. There is a lot of surrounding, communal, green space for children to play. For longer stays we conduct inspections of the flat approximately every fourteen days, or whenever necessary. SECURITY The flat is alarmed via 'Ring' - we set the code to be the last four digits of your phone number. External cameras point away from the living room and bedroom windows - they are normally only accessed if a concern is raised. The residents who stay in the building will appreciate friendly visitors to the flat who show mutual respect. It is deemed deeply inappropriate to disturb the residents of the building who are going about their normal, everyday lives i.e. work etc. Guests will have their stay ended early if any disturbances are reported. IDENTIFICATION You will be asked to send a copy of photographic identification for each guest staying at our place via our messaging platform. You should only ever have the number of guests you have booked for in the apartment, and these guests will have provided us with their identifications before arriving. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES If you book this flat you will be held responsible for both your own actions and the actions of your companions.
