Park Drive is a spacious, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated in Langley Park, a short distance from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. Just a short walk from the property is a local shop, ice cream shop and pub. Langley Park is around 10 minutes drive from Durham, though there are busses which run regularly into Durham and surrounding villages. Newcastle is around 30 minutes drive from the property and you can also easily access the Durham Dales for some fabulous walks. Diggerland is close by and Hall Hill Farm is a short drive away. On entry is the open plan lounge and dining area with the lounge area including a TV, two large sofas and a six - seater dining table. The dining room has patio doors out to the rear garden which has decking and garden furniture so that guests can relax outside. The kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer.  In the kitchen is also a door into the large garage which guests are able to use during their stay. On the first floor is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, seating area and ensuite shower room. Next to the master bedroom is a family bathroom that has a bath. There are a further two good sized double rooms with drawers and wardrobes, and a fourth bedroom with single bed and built in wardrobe. To the front of the property is a large drive way which is suitable for up to 3 cars with additional parking in the garage and on street.
