Park House is a lovely, three-storey apartment resting in Torquay, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms including a second-floor king-size, a second-floor twin and a double, along with a bathroom and second-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. Park House is a superb base for a family looking to explore the Devonshire coast. The parking permit is virtual and details of make and model/ registration number are required AT LEAST 7 DAYS prior to arrival. The permit is valid at most car parks in Torbay, the nearest one being Chilcott approx 200 yards from Park House.Children must be supervised on the roof terrace area
