A perfect stay for up to 2 guests to enjoy! The space This comfortable and beautifully presented 1 (one)-bedroom, raised ground-floor, apartment is located within a converted Victorian building. The apartment is homely yet with luxurious touches and character, with some original features- high ceilings, a decorative (unused) fireplace and an original sash window. On entering the apartment, to the left, the hall area leads to a spacious and stylish open-plan sitting room/dining room area, with wooden flooring, a large comfortable sofa with cushions, a rug, a reading lamp, cushioned coffee table with tray and an overmantle mirror above a decorative (unused) fireplace. There is a Smart TV, for Guest use (personal log-ins required). To the right-hand side of the room is a wooden dining room table with fabric dining room chairs for up to 2 guests to comfortably dine together. Further along the hallway, down 2 steps, is the well-equipped kitchen area, complete with integrated appliances and tiled flooring. There is a Belfast-style sink with brass taps, oven, AEG electric hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster along with a washing machine and dishwasher for guest convenience. Within the kitchen, there is storage space available for guest use and sleek worksurface spaces for preparing meals. Leading off of the kitchen is a door to a shared communal, outside area, which is down steps to the back of the apartment. There is a table and 2 chairs for guests to enjoy some outdoor time.

This apartment has fantastic central London transport links. Located in SE15, between, Peckham, Bermondsey, Camberwell and Elephant & Castle. The best coffee shop near the apartment is called Crol & Co and offers great coffee and cake and is approximately an 8 minute walk, just behind Tesco Supermarket, at 77 Dunton Road, London SE1 5TW. BERMONDSEY The Grange Pub (15 minute walk) is a lovely pub with outside beer garden that also has great pizza and Sunday roast. Jump on the Number 21 bus at Trafalgar Avenue (just outside the Newsagents convenience store) and get off at Union Street (about 15 minutes) and visit the famous Borough Market on a Saturday or Sunday. Borough Market and the surrounding area has many independent cafes, bars, restaurants, art galleries and museums to enjoy. Guests could also visit The Shard or walk over London Bridge for great views of Tower Bridge. The wonderful Maltby Street Market in Bermondsey is approximately a 25-minute stroll or a 15-minute public transport journey from the apartment.
