On entering the living space, along the hallway is the modern, light-filled bedroom on the right. The bedroom is perfectly located at the back of the property, overlooking the Church gardens. There is a comfortable (real) King sized bed, bedside tables and wall lamps and a wonderfully sized fitted wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors, for guest belongings. Opposite the bedroom is the spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower over bath, basin, WC and towel rail. There is shelving for toiletries and belongings. Further along the hallway is the open-plan kitchen/living area. There is a fully integrated kitchen with all appliances/conveniences and plentiful cupboard and workspace. There is a Nespresso coffee machine to enjoy, with some pods available. The kitchen leads on to a stylish island table with stool seating where guests can enjoy meals together. The bright living room area, has modern artwork and a supersized, comfortable sofa with cushions where the stunning Church and garden views can be enjoyed or where guests can relax reading or watching TV. This room benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows with natural light pouring in. One of these windows opens out and slides along for a Juliette balcony on warmer days. Alongside the sofa and TV there is a coffee table and the added convenience of a large desk and comfortable chair for guests wishing to work or study. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
