As a brand new build, this apartment boasts all the latest modern amenities and features tasteful contemporary decor and has all the essentials you need to make your stay comfortable. The spacious open-plan, kitchen, dining and living area is filled with natural light and fresh air from the Juliette balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need, including a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, with a dining area that comfortably seats four. The bedroom features a comfortable super king-sized bed and views over the Shropshire hills, with plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom has a shower. We have parking for one car at the front of the apartment and there are further visitor spaces on the estate. We are a 15/20 minute stroll from the charming market town of Ludlow. Situated on this hill is Ludlow Castle. From there the streets slope downward to the River Teme, and northward toward the River Corve. The town is in a sheltered spot beneath Mortimer Forest and the Clee Hills, which are clearly visible from the town. Ludlow has many pubs, restaurants and cafes that suit all tastes and are all within easy walking distance. Ludlow has held street markets since the twelfth century. Nowadays, a traditional open-air market takes place in the town square (Castle Street) every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday throughout the year. More than forty stalls selling a range of goods including fresh produce, cheeses, books and a selection of local crafts. In addition to the regular market, most Sundays see the market stalls being used either as a flea market (usually fortnightly) or for various specialist themes, such as books, gardens or crafts. A 10-minute drive is Ludlow Racecourse and further on are the Shropshire Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and perfect for walkers and cyclists.
