The views are simply breathtaking and the home itself has plenty of large windows allowing light to pour in. With wooden floors throughout, traditional decor, and tasteful soft furnishings, the house is clean and well presented, whilst still being warm and inviting. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spend time in the large living area, without getting on top of each other. Enjoy a warming tea and a good book on the rocking chair whilst taking in the views, or cosy up on the soft sofas to watch tv together. There is also a welcoming fireplace you can make use of during your stay. This space is very unique and homely. Outdoors is where this home really shines; a sun terrace and decking perfect for evening meals or breakfast dining, a large garden laid to lawn with a private wooded area beyond. This a quiet residential area on the edge of the bustling town of Teignmouth. You are positioned perfectly to ensure a peaceful stay, whilst still being only 10 minutes on foot away from the centre. There are the usual corner shops nearby and a post office is located nearby off New Street, but all the fun stuff like cafes and bars are in the town. I would suggest heading to Back beach where there is a fab mobile Thai shack you can grab tasty food from and sit on the beach watching the sun going down.
