Crisp white walls and shelving units are complemented with wooden flooring. There is a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a large coffee table in this formal reception room. This room is complete with a TV for Guest use. Within this room are wall-length, glass bi-fold doors, which fully open up to the delightful outside courtyard area to the back of the house. The courtyard offers adequate space with decking throughout, wooden fencing and a planted border. A great space for a relaxing summer day or warm evening. Back inside the property you will find stairs down to the lower ground floor. The spacious open plan, kitchen, dining area and second reception room area can be enjoyed in this heart of the home. The kitchen and dining room areas are well sized and very well presented with sleek worksurface space, integrated appliances and wooden flooring that runs throughout. The area is stylish and with a modern feel and includes glass ceiling areas that allow natural light in. The open plan kitchen and dining area offers room for 7 guests to comfortably dine and is perfect for a family meal together. There are also four bar stools located to the right of the kitchen work surfaces for more casual dining.
