My home is a stylish apartment, part of a modern development in the centre of Cheltenham. The central location is the perfect place for groups of family or friends looking to explore Cheltenham for shopping, sightseeing or business! Based on the 1st floor the apartment has two double bedrooms, comprising one super king size bed and one double size bed, and a private balcony. Guests also have use of a communal lift. The space The apartment has a wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for socialising with family and friends! The living space has plenty of comfy seats with new Smart TV and wifi, and access to the private balcony. The dining area has plenty of room for up to 6 diners, The brand new modern kitchen is well proportioned offering plenty of space and fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge / freezer and coffee maker. There are two large double bedrooms, one with a super king size bed, and a double size bed. Both bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. The property has central heating throughout to keep you warm and cosy in the winter evenings! There is also a private outside balcony, perfect for a spot of relaxation. The property has a family bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a second toilet. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. The Coliseum is in Cheltenham town centre and has a wide range of supermarkets, apartment stores and local shops on your doorstep. Additionally, very close to the property is the new Brewery Quarter that has a great range of bars and restaurants, as well as fun activities such as crazy golf and ten-pin bowling and a cinema. About a 5-10 minute walk away and you will be in the Montpellier part of town, where you will also find lots of independent stores/producers, as well as some great bars and restaurants. My favourite place is The Tavern, which is heading in that direction! Pittville park is a 10-minute walk away and has a boating lake and amazing kid's play area. For lido lovers, Sandford Parks Lido is a 15-minute walk from the property and a great place to laze about in the summer!
