Hi Thanks for your interest in my property. This property has been newly furnished and is perfect for single travellers & couples and can accommodate up to four people The entire flat is available for your use and is self-contained. Please note it is located on the first floor accessed by stairs. There is no lift. It is the perfect location for Race-goers and Festival-goers as it is easy walking distance from both the race course and town centre. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. The flat is a first floor, one bedroom apartment in a regency style building dating back to the 19th Century. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a large comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped to allow you to cook for yourselves and save on eating out although there are some great restaurants in Cheltenham
I'm an actor working in Musical Theatre (usually in the West End or on tour). I bought the apartment in the summer of 2019 with the sole intention of renting it out as a short term holiday let although it is also set up to be a useful base for business travellers. I have furnished and decorated the flat to be a home from home and I would be grateful if you could treat it how you would wish a guest to treat your own home.
