A hidden gem of Liverpool house to rent, with updated décor, an enclosed back yard, blistering fast wi-fi and the potential to sleep 9 guests, (4 rooms) and also their furry pals. It features a lounge, dining room, large kitchen, downstairs shower room, upstairs bathroom, 2 washing machines, a condenser dryer in the kitchen and device charge points in every room. All 4 bedrooms are large for both bed and guests without bumping into furniture. The perfect spot to visit Liverpool or further.
I’m a mature individual with a taste for a nice chocolate bar. I like a relaxed lifestyle and want my guests to feel welcome at my properties. I’m getting a yearning for slippers on my feet, I hope you feel the same. I like a good Netflix movie and a good laugh. I can’t live without my tablets, (joke), but I’m a family man at heart. I have a very light touch of hosting on BDC and my style of travelling is with my dogs at my side. My life’s motto is treat others kindly and you shall be rewarded. If you need assistance, simply give me a message via the BDC App. I usually answer within a few minutes, (unless I'm travelling). If you activate the video doorbell, give it about 30 seconds to connect to my phones intercom system. The beauty of the properties I offer, is that the rooms are generous in size, as when built they housed very large families.
The house is situated well, it has access to Pubs, Walton Vale Shops, Cash Machines, Supermarkets, Aintree Racecourse, Orrell Park Railway Station, Sainsburys, Asda, Pound Fever, The major football stadium's, busses and road networks. Parking is Free, but busy because the house is near Walton Vale Shopping Centre. Orrell Park railway station is around the corner at the end of the avenue, as are various bus route stops. The area is well established and is mainly residential buildings with excellent transport links in and out of the city.
