The Space: You will have the whole apartment to yourself for the entire stay. This is a large apartment on the first floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement in the prime residential area of Edinburgh. This self catering apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials you need, provided with complimentary tea, coffee machine and pods, fresh bed linen, towels for each guest . The flat also benefits from: -Free unlimited Wifi, Central heating -Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, -Hairdryer x2 -Iron and ironing board -Drying clothes rack There is a family bathroom with a bath. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, built in wardrobe, balcony and ensuite shower, the second bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. The third bedroom is very spacious double bedroom with wardrobes. The host will meet the guests on arrival and provide keys to the apartment as we do not use key safes. Guests will be shown around the apartment and we will answer any questions that you may have. From then on you are left alone and we will only be a phone call away if you need us. No smoking No pets No parties or events To respect our neighbours we ask that guests observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am where noise is kept to to minimum. For those who plan to arrive by car, there is NO dedicated parking for the apartment. There are on street metered parking spaces available on streets but this can get expensive. We suggest that you use the NCP car parks near by or if you are staying for longer and won't need the car all that much, then we suggest parking further out.
