We will be available by phone and email access 24 hours a day for any issues and will be upstairs in the property as we live there!

The garden flat is very cosy and comfortable with it's own side entrance and parking space. Bright, sunny, warm in winter days with a well equipped kitchen and WiFi. The house Backs into Richmond Park. Richmond park's golf course is a 1 minute walk from the house or you can enter via Robin Hood Gate which is 7 minutes walk. Stag Lodge Stables is also a 7 minute walk from the house if you want to try horse riding. There is a 24hr Asda Superstore directly opposite the house.

There is a 24hr Superstore directly opposite the house. 15 minutes drive to either Putney or kingston. Wimbledon All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club is a 10 minute drive. Roehampton University campus is 5 minutes drive and Kingston university campus is 10 minutes away. Queen Mary's hospital is a 5 minute drive. Buses/trains are frequent and easy to reach taking you to central London in 20/30 minutes. Bus No 85 takes to you East Putney station (Underground) or Putney Central station (Overground) within 15 minutes.
