Queens Cottage is a charming and carefully restored, two bedroom cottage on the Sudeley Estate. It is an ideal base in the North Cotswolds in a quiet and peaceful location which is a walkers' paradise. The cottage was previously an engine house and through the double front doors you will find wooden beams and a quirky circular window in the twin room. The ground floor is a spacious living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen that leads out to an elevated patio with dining table that faces into the cottage courtyard. The sofa converts into a double bed and upstairs are two comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms and a large family shower room. Guests staying at Queens enjoy complimentary (other than separately ticketed events) day-time entrance to Sudeley Castle & Gardens during the open season. Queens Cottage was formerly the old engine house with an upstairs dovecote. Due to these unique characteristics, the cottage has very high ceilings upstairs and a low downstairs ceiling.

The town is a famous centre for walkers, yet also boasts a number of traditional pubs and delicious cafes, galleries, boutique clothing, interior design and antique shops to browse. During your stay at Sudeley Castle Country Cottages you are entitled to free admission to Sudeley Castle and Gardens during the Castle’s open season (except for separately ticketed events).
