This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower and bath. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is 8 a day parking just in front of the house, in the riverside estate. - Pets are allowed on the property but will have to pay a extra fee, pets are not allowed up stairs or on the furniture, please.   The house is perfectly based in the centre of Guildford and close to the station.
