The cottage is situated at the end off the Street. Locally it's known as the Dolls house due to the Front view when your walking up to it. but inside it is like a Tardis as with all of the work we have done to change the total inside to maximize every area where possible. The dinning area seats 6 max. you can chill out having a take away or make your own food as the kitchen is fully fitted out with every thing required for your stay. you can hear the River Ronda if you have the windows open in the dinning are witch is very relaxing, the lounge has a sofa bed where the bedding is underneath both section's please only use if there's more then 4 staying at the cottage, There is a 47" Smart tv on the wall & the WIFI is very good, there is a WC on the ground floor so no running up stairs all of the time. The bedrooms both have Zipped beds that are the same as hotels. Please let us know how you like the beds while your staying at the cottage, the bedrooms are cosy. the master has a shower EnSite with a wardrobe as well as dressing table. there a 28" tv on the wall & plenty of power points in room as well as a fan that is fixed on a small shelf. bedroom 2 is next to the main bathroom & you have the same beds as well as a wardrobe, TV. There's plenty of toilets if there's a few staying. We keep up dating as well as decorate every year. The garden is fully enclosed & the steps going down to the garden are steep but there's handrail & lighting for the evening's. the River is just a few years away but can be very dangerous, fast flowing when the weather has been bad. there are tables & chairs for you to use unless its winter as there then put away. Always lock the gate inside when you come back in please. Parking can be tight in the street we find its best to reverse up the street & always park up on the curb like everyone else dose . There are no fixed parking for anyone in the street its 1st come 1st parked. please respect the neighbours when out late in the evenings

The cottage is our 1st holiday home we have & have put as much as we can into it. We both love Rugby & follow Northampton Saint's as well as follow the local team here as well as Sponsor the local Team. your welcome to go & watch a game or pop into the Rugby club,. The area can be a bit quiet, there are 3 local pubs within half mile , there's plenty of takeaway food shops & a few deliver as well. the Zip line is just up over the Rhigos Mountain ,We have a Plato Mountain range as well if you like your walking or Cycling as have a good size bike shed please ask for the keys before hand. The next Village also has bars & good food selection.
