There's a family shower room and an open-plan living space with a dining area, a sitting area with a Smart TV, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Amenities include electric heating, WiFi, a selection of books and games, fuel and power, bed linen and towels. Outside there's designated parking for two cars, with additional parking spaces on request, EV charging for one car is available on the owner's drive, a wraparound lawn, a rear enclosed patio with furniture and a barbecue, and a furnished front terrace.
