Upstairs, there is a super king sized bedroom and two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a sink and a toilet. Parking for this property is on street parking. Please note a maximum of two pets are allowed to stay at this property at an additional charge of twenty five pound per pet for the duration of your stay.

With easy transport links to Durham and Newcastle this location is perfect for those wanting to explore different areas of the North East. Sunderland has a beautiful beach which has a variety of bars, restaurants and arcades along the seafront. There is also the Stadium of Light, the Land, Sea and Air Museum and the National Glass Centre. You will never be short of something to do in Sunderland and if you wish to venture outside of Sunderland there are trains and buses that travel to the surrounding areas.
