Rowan Lodge MAIN ENTRANCE Entrance is to the front of the property from the gravel driveway. There is a wooden, slightly inclining ramp from the side of the property onto wooden decking bringing you to the entrance door. This brings you into the hall where you will find a storage cupboard and the fridge/freezer. Off this hall is a double bedroom to the left and, to the right, is access to the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. KITCHEN/DINING AREA The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect – cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and toaster. Dining area has a glass table with seating for 6 persons. LOUNGE The lounge contains leather sofas, occasional table and TV. BEDROOM 1 This is a double room with a bed, bedside units to each side. There is a built in wardrobe and dressing table and chair. This room has an en-suite wet-room with a shower chair which can be set to different heights as required and an electric shower.
