Sandown Villa is a lovely, spacious home from home. The property was built in the early 1900's and has many original features. Set on a quiet road at the north end of Deal, the property is within 5 minutes walk from the seafront, 15 to 20 minute walk from the award winning High Street, with its many quirky, independent shops and coffee bars. It is also within easy reach of 3 of Kent's Links Golf Courses, including the Open Championship course of The Royal St. George's outside Sandwich, making Sandown Villa an ideal place to stay for golfing holidays, or to base yourself for The Open when it next comes to the area. The property consists of 4 bedrooms:- 2x double (king size beds) and 2x single, (one of which has an extra single for two people sharing) a lounge, seperate dining room, large kitchen with a sitting room off to one side plus a large family bathroom with roll to cast iron bath and a separate walk-in shower cubicle. There is also a w/c on the first floor. Outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with patio area. Garden furniture and a BBQ is available for outside dining or just relaxing with a drink. You'll find all you need for a wonderful stay.

Karen and Phil are experienced hosts, and are dedicated to making their guests' experience at Sandown Villa holiday home a happy one. "When our guests arrive we want them to have a good first impression of Sandown Villa. If they are staying in the winter months, we will aim to have the heating on for when they arrive. A welcome selection of basic items will also be at the Villa. (Tea, Coffee, sugar, milk, butter and bread will all be at the home) We will also provide salt, pepper and cooking oil, along with some kitchen roll, toilet rolls and bin liners. All bedding and towels will be in place and if your stay is for longer than 7 nights, these will be changed once a week.
