Explore the Sunshine Coast from this spacious 2 bed converted Victorian house. Right opposite the house you will find basketball, roller blade and tennis courts, and then beyond a walkway to the beach. To the right of the house you have Princes Park one of Eastbourne's finest parks, stretching over 33 acres, the park includes a cafe, bowling green, 2 children's play areas with a paddling pool, water jets and sprinklers, a boating lake with over 20 beautiful white swans and many other birds.

Eastbourne is nestled between historic 1066 Country and the magnificent South Downs National Park, savour the unspoilt countryside and Victorian architect and glorious seafront gardens.
