Tucked away in the heart of Dartmouth, Devon, is this fantastic three-storey holiday home, Seas the Day. Enjoying a superb location within the South Devon AONB and just moments away from the River Dart and the local amenities, Seas the Day is a fabulous choice for couples or a family of four. Be welcomed into the open-plan living space, where you will find a compact, yet well-equipped kitchen for rustling up tasty dishes ready to enjoy at the dining table for four over a bottle of wine, before kicking back and relaxing on the plush seating in front of the electric fire, as your favourite show plays out on the Smart TV. Make your way up to the first floor, where you will find a contemporary shower room for freshening up at the end of the day, as well as a delightful twin bedroom. Completing the property is the final bedroom on the second floor, a spacious king-size with Velux windows allowing the natural light to flow in. Parking wise, there is paid parking just 2 minutes drive away or 6 minutes walk from the house at Mayors car park. You can also park in Market Square - just a few minutes walk away and this offers free parking if there are spaces available. Please note, this property can be booked with next door, The Old Villa, to accommodate up to 8 guests. Subject to availability.

Explore the bustling town here, where you can stock up on essentials at the nearby convenience store, treat your loved ones to a meal at The Seahorse, The Angel, or Platform 1 Champagne Bar & Restaurant for dinner with a view over the River Dart. Within the town, you can also hire a boat along the River Dart. See the sights and delve into history at the Dartmouth Museum, picnic in Coronation Park, stroll through the picturesque Royal Avenue Gardens, or visit the popular sights of Bayard’s Cove Fort and Dartmouth Castle. You can also go for fresh seafood at Rockfish, traditional English fare at Bushell's Riverside, pub fare at The Cherub Inn, and fresh pizza at Vinos Pizzeria. From the harbour, you can catch a ferry over to Kingswear, home to its own magnificent castle, The Ship Inn and the stunning National Trust – Coleton Fishacre. By car reaching Paignton and its selection of attractions, with firm favourites as Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, visits to Paignton Pier, where you can enjoy a bag of fish and chips whilst overlooking the shoreline, or perhaps discover Clennon Gorge for a nature-filled hike. Complete your getaway by reaching Totnes Castle, possible to reach with a walk alongside Longmarsh, before returning to your abode for sundowners. All this and more awaits at Seas the Day!
