All properties offer fantastic access to the towns treasure's including the many cafés and restaurants, the beaches and of course the beautiful sea. We love that Saltwater Escapes' properties have become a home from home for many of our customers who have stayed with us year after year and are making traditions of their own and memories to treasure. The spacious apartment boasts 2 good size bedrooms, one of which features a Juliette balcony where you can enjoy the calming sea views as you unwind with a glass of wine. The family bathroom together with the downstairs cloakroom add a touch of convenience to your stay.  ​We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why our apartment welcomes your four legged friends with open arms. The entrance vestibule and downstairs cloakroom, complete with comfy dog bed and towels, are the perfect place to clean down your dog after a muddy walk. The sofa in the dining room even has a dedicated spot for your pooch, ensuring your canine companion feels right at home. ​Explore the picturesque town of Brixham, with its bustling harbour, charming shops and delicious seafood restaurants just a short stroll away. Take a leisurely walk around the marina to Breakwater Beach or take a hike along the fabulous South West Coast path to discover the natural beauty of the coastline. 

Step out of the front door and you will find yourself in within minutes of Berry Head Nature Reserve an internationally acclaimed heritage site. Explore the Napoleonic forts or take in the spectacular views of Torbay and beyond. From here you can find coastal walks, spot local wildlife on land and sea then finish your visit off by sampling some local fare in the award-winning Guardhouse Café. Wander towards the coast and you will find Shoalstone seawater swimming pool. Set in a stunning position on Brixham sea front and one of the very few seawater pools left in the country it is a must on your list of things to experience. Brixham has long been famed for its links to the sea, and now has an up and coming culinary scene to add to its armoury, with an increasing number of independent cafés and delightful restaurants offering ingredients landed just a stones’ throw from their doorstep. For walkers, The South West Coast Path will take you as far as your legs will carry you, and entertaining the little ones couldn’t be easier with Paignton Zoo, The Dartmouth Steam Railway and Splashdown @ Quay West all within a short drive.
