Sgubor Geirch is a semi-detached cottage, adjoining the owner's home, set in a delightful rural position with countryside views, just two miles from the coastal village of Nefyn. The cottage can sleep five people in two bedrooms and the accommodation is mostly ground floor with an open plan living area featuring a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area with a gas woodburner-effect stove and a family bedroom. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a cosy mezzanine bedroom offering lovely views of the open countryside. Outside there is a large lawned garden looking onto open fields and pastures and ample off road parking. Sgubor Geirch is an ideal base for touring and exploring all that this delightful area has to offer. Note: Up until October 2019, the property will have the bed layout of 1 x first floor mezzanine double, 1 x family room with 1 adult bunk and 1 single and from October 2019, the bedroom layout is 1 x first floor mezzanine double, 1 x ground floor twin.

Set atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, the pretty coastal town of Nefyn also features a glorious two mile stretch of sandy beach which makes it an excellent location for a family holiday. With a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, this lovely little coastal village has everything you could possibly need for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Nearby are the towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch which also offer a number of amenities and make excellent spots for days trips. Further down the coast visitors can find a variety of castles and coves and numerous facilities for sailing and water sports. Just 25 miles away is the Snowdonia National Park, which offers a wide array of walks through beautiful countryside, as well as excellent bird-watching opportunities.
