The room comes with a 40Inch smart tv, WIFI and storage space (for clothing). The Kitchen and bathroom are shared, however both are cleaned regularly. Our beautiful home is located within a quiet residential street, a short distance from Bostall Woods. The house is in close proximity to both Plumstead and Woolwich Town Centre(s). The closest station links are Plumstead Rail and Woolwich Arsenal Station.

Plumstead is located in South East London. It is a part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Primarily known for maintaining large areas of green land including Bostall Woods, Plumstead Common and Rockcliffe gardens, it comprises of a number of homes, for a diverse range of residents. There are a range of activities in the Plumstead area. Local restaurants e.g ‘Cafe Deluxe London’, McDonalds, Kebab Shops are located along Plumstead High Street which is approximately a 15min walk from the house. There are also local bars/pubs/clubs such as ‘The Rose Inn’ and ‘The Star’, the existence of many parks/gardens such as Bostall Woods and Shrewsbury Park and even a local theatre ‘Joecy Tee’.
