Welcome to our 3 storey home in a quiet Cul De Sac location. Parking space on driveway in front of the house. The bedroom looks out onto the rear garden, which is a quiet private area with rattan furniture. There is a private bathroom, next door to the bedroom which has a bath, toilet and wash basin. Fresh towels provided daily if needed and bedding changed mid stay for guests staying for longer periods. Breakfast consists of cereals and pastries which will be in your room. Fresh milk, kettle, mini fridge, teas and coffees also in your room. There is a footpath that runs up behind our home that either leads to fields making lovely peaceful walks, or is a 5 minute stroll to a local restaurant that serves great breakfasts and lunches. The guest room is on the 2nd floor so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Guests are likely to be greeted by the family cats so being an animal lover will be beneficial.

Dave works locally and Paula works from home. A down to earth couple who enjoy travelling, dining out or enjoying nights in watching sport on TV.

A quiet neighbourhood with close links to the M62 Junction 25. 2 miles from Mirfield Train station with regular trains to Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, London and other local towns and cities. Locally there are restaurants including Jamaican, Indian, Italian, Miller and Carter and local pubs also serving food. Lots of local takeaways who also deliver. There are some lovely local walks on the doorstep and many have a local pub en route.
