There is no AC unit in the property but there are oscillating fans. There is power shower. Therefore, you'd be assured of a very good shower. It is located in a quiet family-oriented residential area of Colchester. The property itself boasts of a conservatory and big garden at the back, a flat TV, electrically-reclined sofa, a guest toilet down stairs and a family bath/toilet upstairs. The kitchen has all that you'd need to make meals for your family and a smoke detector would promptly alert you to any fire hazard. It is equipped with everything you may need in a house. We prefer guests with only passenger-type vehicles and NOT long work trucks. Your young one can make use of the cot bed in the property. Also, there's wifi & Netflix for you to use at no extra cost. We do not have a receptionist at the property but don't worry - we are just a phone call or a text message away from you. You'd always receive prompt assistance any time of the day.

The property is just 10 minutes aware from the Town Centre. There's a Supermarket 5 minutes away, by car. There are regular buses to the Town Centre, from a bus stop just 3 minutes away. It is 50 minutes away from Central London - you can virtually stay in London without paying exorbitant London prices. Clacton beach is just 30 minutes away and Colchester zoo is just about 20 minutes away from you. The castle park offers a free venue for picnics with family and friends.
