This is a large 1,800 square feet townhouse with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 being ensuite) in a secured and gated complex to provide peace of mind. The property also comes with one parking space directly outside the property, which is highly coveted being located so close to the city centre!
There is a lot of natural light in the space with an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with a 65-inch television. There is another 65-inch television in one of the bedrooms.
The kitchen comes with an integrated fridge-freezer, dishwater, microwave, stove and oven. There is a utility room with a washing machine as well as ironing board and iron. A large and small cafetière as well as tea, coffee and sugar are provided.
There is a small patio on the ground floor and two balconies on the first and third floor.
Please note that there is a Ring doorbell outside of the front entrance which would record video footage.
