The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn with patio and furniture, a rear courtyard with furniture, and a private driveway for two cars. You'll find a pub and a shop in 0.6 miles, and the beach in 0.9 miles. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. For a lovely base in Devon, choose Spindell. Note: Neither of the gardens are fully enclosed; please be aware. Note: There are steps to the exterior; please take care. Please Note - The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac, however the driveway does not have a fixed gate. Guests with dogs are requested to use the temporary fence provided (stored in laundry room) to block the driveway to prevent dogs from escaping.
