There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio and hot tub. Stackyard House is the perfect house for a memorable family holiday year after year. Tucked away just outside of Spennymoor lies Tudhoe, a peaceful village resting at a backwater running down to the River Wear. The village is home to a tranquil green and cul-de-sac, as well as a handful of shops, two pubs and a restaurant. Nearby is the town of Spennymoor, which hosts Spennymoor Town Hall and Art Gallery, and just a short drive will take you to the city of Durham, renowned for its magnificent cathedral.
