Thank you for considering staying in our modern, private, En-suite Studio Room during your visit to Cambridge. Whether you’re coming for business, leisure, or to visit family, we think you’ll enjoy the room and neighbourhood. We’re not a hotel or B&B but the private en-suite room has a comfortable double bed, Smart TV and Wifi. The well equipped kitchenette includes an air fryer, combi-microwave (with grill and oven), filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a fridge. The en-suite bathroom has a P-shaped bath with a rainfall shower over. Linen, towels, an iron and ironing board are also provided. There’s free parking, for 1 car, on the drive, next to the main entrance door. Access to the property is using your unique PIN code for the Smart Lock. The en-suite room can be found at the top of the stairs (also accessed with your unique PIN code) so it’s totally private. There’s a CCTV camera for the security of your vehicle in the parking area. The Ring doorbell does not record and notifications are switched off so it operates just as a doorbell. There are no surveillance items anywhere inside the property so your privacy is assured eg. no cameras, no noise monitoring devices or anything else that would infringe on your privacy! We're not interested in your comings and goings and want our guests to just relax and enjoy the space! :) This room allows smoking.

Located in a quiet and pleasant residential neighbourhood just a short walk from Mill Road with its eclectic variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. We're approx. a 20 - 30 minute walk to the train station and the city centre. There's a Sainsburys, ASDA, Tesco, Lidle and Aldi within a 10 - 20 minute walk and there’s also a convenience store a 5 minute walk away.
