This newly refurbished Swansea flat is fully equipped with everything you need whilst enjoying Swansea Bay, The Mumbles, Swansea City or Brynmill. Just a short walk away from the beach & 15mins walk to Cwmdonkin Park, the haunt of Dylan Thomas. We're a 10 minute walk to Swansea University. You're only a few minutes away from a fantastic food in Swansea's great restaurants, a cocktail in the evening or spending the day shopping at many of the stylish shops. There's also plenty on offer for kids nearby including the fantastic waterpark. Finished to a high spec with beautiful shower and bath. The kitchen comes with all the mod cons, including a dishwasher and comes fully equipped whether you want to cook up a storm in the kitchen or bring home a takeaway from the local Swansea restaurants. There's a cosy lounge with a 3 seater sofa bed, and gorgeous armchair and also a 4 seater dining table for breakfasts or dinners in. A travel cot and high chair available on request. Brand new TV with access to Netflix, Prime, YouTube and Freeview There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom. Both spacious rooms. There is a double sofa bed in the front room allowing us to host up to 5 people. You will have access to the whole flat. Access information and directions will be sent to you prior to your stay. Parking is available on the street, however this is limited to certain areas due to it being a residential area with some resident only parking permit bays. (These are obviously boxed off) We will provide hotel standard linen and towels after every stay, including some toiletries, and kitchen essentials. No smoking or parties are allowed in this apartment.

Quiet residential street a few minutes drive from the centre of Swansea and all the attractions. Safe for couples and families really short walk to the beach. Located in the Uplands and Brynmill area of Swansea, we are 15 minutes walk from Cwmdonkin Park. 9 minutes drive or 2.5 miles from The Mumbles. 6 minutes drive from Swansea Marina or 1.6 miles. 4 Minutes from Swansea University or 0.8 miles. With amenities such as free WiFi and a TV. This holiday home is 16.2 miles from Rhossili Bay
