The property consists of a spacious open plan lounge with double sofas facing a traditional large log burning stove with internal pizza oven. A smart TV complimented by a smart speaker for streaming music and radio is wall mounted in this area. The dining area has a four seater extendable table adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen area, which benefits from a large double oven cooking range & dishwasher. Both bedrooms have king size beds with ample storage and both have TV’s with corridor access to the bright bathroom with walk in shower. Located in a quiet Broadland village among open countryside and within walking distance of the old market town of Beccles on the picturesque banks of the river Waveney, this is an ideal property to relax & unwind.

For your comfort, ease & peace of mind, we or our representative will meet you at the cottage to go over the workings of the property and make sure you are comfortable as the cottage is located in the grounds adjacent to our main house. Given we are generally on site there are no worries should you need help with anything during your stay as there is always someone available to help.

The village has a local pub serving wholesome home cooked food and a hairdressers salon and is renown for it's numerous scenic walking and cycling paths and routes through uninterrupted peaceful country lanes and bridleways. Excellent transport links via public transport are within a short distance and offer regular services to the award winning beaches of Lowestoft and Southwold, the historic city of Norwich with its cobbled quaint side streets and various market towns. Nearby coarse fishing, golf, boat hire, canoeing, kayaking, shooting, museums and nature reserves make this a most appealing and convenient position to spend quality relaxing times
