The Studio is a thoughtfully designed space perfect for couples exploring London or for solo visitors in the area on business or leisure. It features an ensuite bathroom, a cosy dining area and a kitchenette which is fully equipped with electric hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates and pots & pans for cooking. There is also a sofa bed to cater for an additional third guest and a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Outside you will find a dedicated utilities room featuring a washing machine and tumble dryer, with all washing detergents provided. For those who need to stay connected or work remotely, a dedicated home-office is attached to the Studio, equipped with high-speed WiFi and a comfortable desk and chair. The property features a private garden entrance, completely re-landscaped in November 2023 to give you an immediate escape from the hustle and bustle of London and a green retreat at your doorstep.

Local bus routes are a minutes walk away and take you into the City’s Financial District within 20 minutes. Canonbury station is also a five minute walk away.
