we are located directly next to the chapel allerton hospital 1 min walk. we are also directly next to potternewton park 1 min walk. it is a 5 min drive to st james hospital. there is a tesco, lidl and aldi all within 5 mins from the property. sugerwell hill park is also round the corner it is 7 acres of amazing scenery and a 2.5 kilometre trail to take in the views and wildlife. gledhow valley woods is also round the corner the 57 acre woodland has a 1.5 kilometre trail that takes you through the north suburb of gledhow, the trail follows gledhow beck and leads around the gledhow lake. there so much to do and going on in and around this area you wont be stuck for things to do. For those who dont drive there is plenty of bus links to get you around and leeds train station is only a few miles away
