The apartment benefits from the exclusivity of a gated community, secure underground parking and enjoys the luxury of residents’ landscaped gate. Free WIFI is also available throughout the apartment. This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave fridge and stovetop. The apartment has a bathroom with tiles to shower and ceramic tiled floors. Throughout the planned living spaces there is an audio intercom entry system, electric central heating, hard wood timber flooring to hallways and living areas and in the bedroom. The unit is truly designed to elevate your stay and we aim to create a fresh homely feel in a hotel-style environment. The apartment is only less than 10 minutes’ drive to Birmingham airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC)
