The living areas in this single-storey holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, dishwasher, dining table for four and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is one family bedroom with double bed and day out serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed patio with furniture, lawn, firepit and pond. Within 0.6 miles there is a shop and 0.7 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore all Devon has to offer from Beehive. Note: This property accepts one child. Note: There is a pond in the garden, children and dogs must be supervised at all times. Note: Dog must be kept on a lead when out of the garden due to chickens.
