The Clock House is a beautiful & substantial home, situated in a 1/4 acre plot tucked away, this huge house has now bern fully upgraded and fully modernised, behind gates, a high stone wall & mature trees in a quiet lane in Nottage, seaside town of Porthcawl. Close to the village green shop & 3 local pubs, Its a 10 minute walk to Rest Bay and its Blue flag beach, parking 6+ cars with a lawned garden to the front & rear, as it’s getting cold now pls let us know if you want the hot tub turned on, pets are allowed max of two but please let us know as there is a small charge, We purchased this large property in May 2023 and we’ve fully renovated the whole house, it’s a stunning modernised character house, Any questions please contact us
We have being letting this property with a 3rd party site (another site) now we have come direct to this site,
Porthcawl is a lovely seaside town, a few beaches close by, plenty of shops in town and we are 3 min walk to three beautiful pubs where you can enjoy a lovely meal and a pint,
