The Coach House, has recently been completed to the highest standard and provides open plan, ground floor living accommodation including a kitchen area. The finishes and furnishings are of excellent quality, giving a home from home feel with a sophisticated and stylish ambience. In addition there is a cosy balcony area with a double bed tucked under the eaves approached via a library ladder, so really great for a teenager or adult who likes it a bit quirky. Not suitable for anyone under twelve. The main area is double height and is therefore light and airy. There is under-floor heating and all amenities, with a washing machine and fridge. There is even a larder stocked with the basics. To the rear is a bijou patio area with seating and table overlooking a garden. There is an on site parking space. There is easy access to all of Guiildfords shopping transport and entertainment facilities all a short walk away.

We really enjoy visiting properties around the World and have incorporated all the elements that we have appreciated, when staying in hotels and apartments on our travels.

The location is excellent being 5 minutes walk from Guildford High Street with its extensive range of shopping, entertainment and transport facilities. It is close to the Surrey Hills and near numerous National Trust properties including Hatchlands, Polsden Lacey, Clandon Park and Winkworth Arboretum . Wisley Gardens are about fifteen minutes drive away. Guildford boasts elegant shops, theatres, cinemas and quality restaurants. The Citys historic heart has a castle and a river. Trains to London Waterloo in 35 minutes from Guildfords main station. London Road station (Guildford) is s short walk away, also providing direct access to central London. Surrey University is some ten minutes drive away. G.live concert venue is a few minutes walk away. Mount Alvernia hospital is approx five minutes walk away.
