En-suie shower room. Living room / kitchen diner External courtyard garden to the south facing front with seating. Parking at adjoining Grigshot House. (avoid parking at our neighbours Grigshot Lodge please) Stable: Studio apartment, en-suit double with exposed stone walls and kitchenette, 65" 4k smart TV & lounge seating.
