-The same credit card used to make the booking must be presented at time of check-in along with a photo ID. When booking 8 rooms or more, different policies apply.

-To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, we reserve the right to temporarily hold a pre-authorised amount during your stay. The same credit card used to make the booking must be presented at time of check-in along with an ID.

-For stays of 1–6 nights, housekeeping will be provided on the 4th day. For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning will be provided as usual. Additional cleaning available upon request.

-Please note there are no ACs in the studios, however, if required, fans are available from the hub. -This property does not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

-Please note all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

-When booking 8 rooms or more, different policies apply.

-Bar service at Mthr (Floor 20) has now stopped. Evening menu available at Another Brother (Ground Floor). Check timings at Hub.
