The Copperfield is a stylish four bedroom house located in a central location, less than a 10 minute walk from Canterbury City centre and less than a 5 minute walk from Canterbury West Station. The property has four bedrooms (one king, two doubles and one twin), an ensuite bathroom with double shower and a main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. There is a downstairs WC too. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washer-dryer and dishwasher. The lounge patio doors open up to a small rear garden, complete with table and chairs, and there is also a dining table in the lounge. This property comes with free parking for one car.

The property is only a five minute walk from Canterbury West Station and ten minutes' walk from the main high street. The property is also close to several restaurants, a Sainsbury's Local supermarket and the cinema. Canterbury Cathedral is a ten minute walk away and the Marlowe Theatre is a five minute walk from the property.
