A dining room that easily seats four people with French doors leading to the garden and a cosy sitting room with smart TV. A utility cupboard houses a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board and the ground floor bathroom has a wonderful roll top bath big enough for 2! Situated in the heart of Lavenham yet down a quiet street just off of the market square, it is a short stroll to everything on offer, pubs, tea rooms, shops and galleries to name but a few! Please be aware that due to the age of the cottage the stairs up to the bedrooms are narrow and steep and the bathroom is on the ground floor.
