I run this short lease property along with my other residential properties as a full time job and have a qualified team working alongside me to make sure if any problems arise, they can be dealt with as quickly as possible! You might find me down at the local cinema (just 100m away) or at one of the fantastic local bars listening to live music on a Friday or having a meal out at one of the many local restaurants on a Saturday. The location of this property is quite hard to beat! You will never be far away from the action with local bars and restaurants only 250 meters away or the local cinema only 100 meters away. The area and street is surprisingly quiet considering this property is near the town centre which means you will all have a comfortable nights sleep!
